Senior Games 

For everyone that is 50 and over, you can participate in the Northern KY Senior Games that start every January and May of each year. Registration for these events typically come out in December and April, and you can click here for the current season registration or stop by our city building for one. 

Sponsored by: Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern KY and hosted by Recreation Dept’s of Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Owen & Pendalton Counties as well as cities within those counties. 

Groups Mission:  The Northern KY Senior Games is an event that provides an outlet for many of our residents to come together for fun, fitness, competition, and camaraderie. The NKSG is an occasion for Northern Kentuckians ages 50 and over to engage in spirited competition and exercise through many games and events.

Northern Kentucky Senior Games is held in the Winter and Spring of each year. Winter Games are held throughout the month of January with multiple activities offered. Spring Games are held throughout the month of May with multiple activities offered. Each session spans at least 3 weeks with one activity on each weekday.

Games/Sports/Activities:
Archery, Basketball Spot Shot, Billiards, Bocce, Bowling, Chair Volleyball, Cornhole, Disc Golf Toss, Euchre, Football Toss
Golf (9 & 18 hole), Golf Chipping, Horseshoes, Koob, Miniature Golf, Pickleball, Pop-A-Shot, Run/Walk Event, Shuffleboard
Skittles, Sock Hop, Softball Throw. Table Top Games, Tennis,  & Washer Toss
